You just type in the address, and zip code.
Ignore the Zestimate, since this just a average of all sales.
- Look on the left hand side, and uncheck homes for sales, make me move, we only want sold home. Check homes sold within the past six months.
- Now compare your home which is listed first, with homes of similar size.
On the left hand of the screen are all the details of the home, including the tax number, and you even look at an aerial of the home. A word of caution, if the property was constructed within the past six months, there may be no sales since it's original purchase.
